Crisis Support Services
Aligned Women's Collective is a space for women who are feeling lost, disconnected, or ready to explore themselves more deeply. This work is best suited for women who are not currently in crisis and who have the space to turn inward with curiosity and openness.
If you are currently experiencing an acute mental health crisis or require more intensive clinical support or diagnosis, I would lovingly encourage you to seek the care of a mental health professional who specialises in that area.
If you are currently experiencing a mental health crisis and need support, please contact one of the following mental health support services.
