My Background

I began my journey as a holistic mental health counsellor as I strongly believe in the connection between the mind, body and spirit. This interconnected nature of being is what initially drew me to the field as I felt this element was lacking in the more traditional mental health spaces.

However, as I started working with clients, who all happened to be women, I started noticing a pattern emerge. These women were all coming to me with the same feelings: disconnected, unsure, alone, lost. To themselves and within their relationships.

I have also walked this path myself - diving deep into my own inner world, learning about my needs through the painful experience of having them unmet and disregarded.

I had to find my own way back to myself.

And now I want to show women how they can do the same.

The Work

The most important relationship you’ll ever have is the one you have with yourself.

I work with women who feel disconnected from who they are, what they want and their sense of aliveness.

Women who struggle to trust their inner guidance system, who struggle to trust their own judgements and are yet to discover the power and value they innately hold.

Women are collectively and individually waking up to themselves and the power and wisdoms they hold.

However, due to generations of conditioning, many women don’t yet understand their value, have learnt to accept less than they deserve in partnership and don’t have any healthy guidance systems in place, outside of social media.

The aim of this work is to help women cultivate a deeper connection to themselves and develop a deeper understanding of their needs, desires, aspirations, and the innate wisdom held within their bodies.

It’s a chance to reconnect to their deepest self - to explore who they are in a safe and nurturing container. This then spills out into their other relationships, creating a healthy foundation upon which to build lasting, meaningful connections with others.
